According to the railway plan for increasing the share of railway transportation in I.R.IRAN for increase cargo from 33 million tons to at least 70 million tons in the next four years according to the program and extend it to around 200 million tons in the year of 1404 (Persian Calendar) will need changes in the organizational processes and resource management.
